Local parsing, review, and PDF creation happen in your browser. Pasted records and drafts are kept in memory for the current page session and are cleared when the page is refreshed or closed.

If you explicitly choose Improve with AI, the complete pasted record is sent once to OpenAI for structured extraction. Rent Ledger does not save that request, and the API call disables response-state storage. OpenAI's data policies still apply.

We use privacy-conscious product analytics to understand page visits and workflow steps. Analytics events may contain input mode, character or row counts, issue counts, unit-count band, and selected workflow; they never contain tenant names, addresses, descriptions, dates, amounts, or pasted lines.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
